Sitara Blasco
Cartographer of the Psyche

Sitara Blasco is a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist trained at the University of Valencia, with postgraduate studies in Integrative Psychology and extensive experience in transpersonal approaches to healing and self-exploration. She also completed the SAT program of Claudio Naranjo, deepening her work with personality structures through the Enneagram.
Her journey with Holotropic Breathwork began in 1998, and she became a certified facilitator in 2002. Over the past two decades she has facilitated workshops and Grof Transpersonal Training modules throughout Europe and internationally.
Sitara was instrumental in building the Spanish Grof Transpersonal Training program, which she co-organized from 2003 onward. Alongside her work within the training, she maintains a private psychological practice in Alicante.
In her teaching, Sitara brings a clear and structured psychological perspective to the exploration of expanded states of consciousness. She is particularly interested in how ego structures interact with the transformative potential of non-ordinary states, offering participants conceptual frameworks that support deeper understanding and responsible facilitation.
Known for her thoughtful and structured teaching style, Sitara speaks particularly to those who appreciate conceptual clarity alongside direct experience. Beneath her serious and precise approach, however, lives a playful dimension—occasionally revealed through her background in acting and therapeutic clowning, reminding participants that depth and humor often travel together on the path of transformation.
