Do I have to take modules and workshops in a specific order?

No, you can attend Holotropic Breathwork workshops as well as Grof Transpersonal Training in your own pace and rhythm. 

Any Holotropic Breathwork workshop led by GTT certified facilitators is recognized for the training. 

Most modules are open to anybody interested unless stated differently such as advanced modules that are only open to apprentices and/or facilitators.
