Expanded awareness does not escape reality,

it widens it.

Breath is the natural gateway into expanded states of consciousness.

What is Transpersonal Psychology?

Transpersonal psychology often known as the fourth force after psychoanalysis, behaviorism and humanism offers a unique approach to understanding the self.

It goes beyond traditional psychology by exploring

the spiritual and transcendent aspects of human experience focusing on experiences, where consciousness transcends time, space, and personal identity, often fostering a deep connection to a larger whole.

What is Holotropic Breathwork?

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method of self-exploration developed in the 1970s by the psychiatrist and co-founder of Transpersonal Psychology Dr. Stanislav Grof together with his wife and yoga teacher Christina Grof.

It uses accelerated breathing, evocative music and the presence of trained facilitators who create a safe and supportive setting to enter expanded states for deep inner processes to unfold naturally.

What happens in Holotropic States of Consciousness?

What unfolds in a Holotropic Breathwork session is not something that can be predicted or directed.
Each person enters an inner landscape as unique as their own life. Yet again and again, certain territories appear, fields of experience that have been carefully mapped in Stanislav Grof’s cartography of the psyche: the perinatal, the biographical and the transpersonal realm.
